The release of UTIP CRM 3.16.0 is packed with a raft of new features. Let us introduce the options to customize client statuses for desks, assign lead generators to them, view new events in the client’s history and personalize an employee name in the ticket. We have also separated the rights for both creating and editing messages.
Client statuses for desks
Our latest update allows you to create client statuses for each individual desk. This enables teams to use statuses that better reflect their unique tasks and priorities. Workflow is tailored to the department’s specific needs, thus boosting employee management and overall performance.
Desk assignment to lead generators
A new feature has been put in place for lead generators. They are now able to select desks in the CRM system for routing lead traffic. This creates a more regulated and safe environment for their interactions within the platform.
New events in the client’s history
Multiple events have been added to the client’s history, featuring «Message Change» and «Ticket Deletion», as well as new conditions for trading, both permitted and prohibited, on the account. Tracking staff interactions with clients and managing trading activity has never been easier! Implementing this strategy strengthens control and promotes superior customer engagement.
Custom employee name in tickets
We have introduced a feature that allows you to personalize the names of employees on tickets. For example, you can replace an employee’s real name with «Support Manager». Thus, engaging with tech support staff leads to a greater emphasis on privacy and expertise.
Separate rights for creating and editing messages
Message creation and editing rights have been clearly separated, allowing you to control which employees can make changes to ticket details. We have also enabled staff to modify their messages shortly after they have been sent. Therefore, certain typos are free to be fixed for a limited period of time. Such methods improve communication transparency and lower the risk of making mistakes.
