The UTIP CRM 3.15.0 update list includes the “Settings” tab moved to a new engine, the feature to leave comments in the ticket system, the option to copy views on Clients and Actions pages, and the function to modify deposit or withdrawal amounts on the Requests page.

Settings tab update

We keep working to get the CRM system interface high-end and hassle-free, so that we’ve completely moved the Settings tab to the new React engine. Additionally, we’ve made alterations to a design part.

Comments in tickets

With the aim to streamline business communication between employees in the UTIP CRM, we’ve added the option to leave internal notes in the ticket system. The comments will be solely visible to the employees.

Requests

The Requests tab has been updated with the option to modify deposit or withdrawal amounts in the trader’s request. If a trader enters wrong data, their financial transaction can be adjusted for a specific amount.

Clients and Actions 

A view copy option has become available on the Clients and Actions tabs. Users can now easily duplicate the existing row of columns and filters.
