The UTIP CRM 3.19.0 update has been rolled out with a first appeared module called “Verification” and the option to disable ticket creation in all products. Above all, we’ve improved the information visibility in the requests, action table and a client’s history. The UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room 1.24.0 features an updated interface on the verification page, and a display of the broker’s comment.
UTIP CRM: verification module
The verification of the trader is now underway in the UTIP CRM — without necessity to use the UTIP Admin. Employees are able to submit or reject requests, leave comments which are available in the Trader’s Room, and track the whole verification history. This amends the process, making it transparent and convenient for applicants and verifiers.

UTIP CRM: disabling ticket creation in all products
Now, the CRM users can make use of a new option to disable ticket creation and adapt the interface to team operating scenarios. Once the switch is turned off, the changes apply to all the products.

UTIP CRM: card holder and expiration date
A card holder and the expiration date are now visible in the request information window. All the key details on payment systems (Visa and Mastercard) are compiled in one spot. This simplifies the verification procedure and makes it easier to process the requests.
UTIP CRM: exact time in notifications
In the “Actions” table, the “Notification” column displays the exact time instead of “Yes” and “No”. This allows you to see the trigger time of the action and thus, optimize the business process and keep track of your tasks more efficiently.

UTIP CRM: filter option in the client’s history
The client’s history has been updated with a new column that filters data by selection. The user will be able to look through the data within a certain section. Hence, this makes the search of information instant and more efficient.

UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room and UTIP Trader’s Room: broker comments in the verification block
We’ve made changes to information visibility and added broker’s comments to the interface. Once traders check out their verification status in the profile, they can view the reason for request rejection, and, if necessary, edit some information without any extra emails or calls.
