The UTIP CRM 3.17.0 update features the option to listen to calls, to view the request details for a payment method and see the reason for cancelling a transaction. The function to filter by non-trading accounts has been added to the report. And the UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room 1.22.0 update has been rolled out with a new design for the “Accounts” page.

UTIP CRM: call listening

The UTIP CRM has been enhanced with an in-built call recorder. Now there is no need to download call files to the computer. All the records are available in the CRM. This saves your time and simplifies the analysis for assessing quality in customer service interactions.

UTIP CRM: filtering by non-trading accounts

The CRM report has been updated with the option to filter by non-trading accounts. This feature caters to shape the list of traders with live accounts where there’ve been no trading operations for the selected period. As a result, it facilitates a deeper customer analysis and contributes to crafting winning customer engagement strategies.

UTIP CRM: updated information on request

We’ve implemented an additional field with a payment method and the reason for the transaction denial in the request details. It ensures a fast analyzing of the request, the cause of rejected transaction and immediate resolving of issues. 

UTIP Mobile Trader’s Room: a new design for the “Accounts” page
